The judge of the court has the same power as the judge of the circuit court of the county to:(1) grant restraining orders and injunctions;(2) issue writs of habeas corpus, and of mandate and prohibition; and(3) appoint receivers, master commissioners for the examination of witnesses, and other officers necessary to facilitate and transact the business of the court.[Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-8-2-19.]As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.10.
