The salary of the judge and the compensation of a judge pro tempore shall be paid in the same manner and from the same sources as the judge of the circuit court or judges pro tempore of the court.(b) A full-time judge of a probate court may not be paid compensation for serving as a special judge, except for reasonable expenses for meals, lodging, travel, and other incidental expenses approved by the chief administrative officer of the office of judicial administration.[Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-8-2-22.]As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.10.
