A judge or candidate for judge of the Allen superior court may not:(1) accept a contribution (as defined in IC 3-5-2-15) from any political party, political action committee (as defined in IC 3-5-2-37), or regular party committee (as defined in IC 3-5-2-42); or(2) accept more than a total of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) in contributions from all sources to pay expenses connected with the candidate's candidacy.[Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-5.1-29.5.]As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.12.
