§ 33-33-2-13

The Allen superior court may:(1) grant restraining orders and injunctions;(2) issue writs of habeas corpus;(3) appoint receivers, masters, and commissioners to convey real property and to grant commissions for the examination of witnesses; and(4) appoint other officers necessary to facilitate and transact the business of the court;as conferred on circuit courts or the judges of circuit courts.[Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-5.1-7.]As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.12.
