(b) The salaries of the bailiff and the official court reporter shall be:(1) fixed in the same manner as the salaries of the bailiff and official court reporter for the Grant circuit court, Grant superior court, and Grant superior court No. 2; and(2) paid monthly out of the treasury of Grant County as provided by law.[Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-19.3-5.]As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.12.
