§ 33-33-30-5

1 and Hancock superior court No. 2 may make and adopt rules and regulations for conducting the business of Hancock superior court No. 1 and Hancock superior court No. 2 and have all the powers incident to a court of record in relation to the attendance of witnesses, punishment of contempt, and the enforcement of the courts' orders.
