§ 33-33-42-5

The judge of a superior court may, with the consent of the judge of the circuit or other superior court, sit as a judge of the circuit or other superior court in any matter as if the judge of the superior court was an elected judge of the circuit or other superior court.[Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-26-15.]As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.12.
