§ 33-33-45-14

The clerk of the Lake circuit court, under the direction of the court, shall provide order books, judgment dockets, execution dockets, fee books, and other books, papers, and records that are necessary for the court, and all books, papers, and proceedings of the court shall be kept distinct and separate from those of other courts.[Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-29.5-14.]As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.12.
