§ 33-33-53-2-5

Not later than December 31 of the year immediately preceding a year in which the office of judge of the Monroe circuit court will be on the ballot, the clerk of the circuit court shall file with the election division a list containing the name and seat designation for each judge of the Monroe circuit court.As added by P.L.169-2015, SEC.167.
