Meetings of the commission on judicial qualifications shall be called in the same manner as prescribed for the judicial nominating commission. A quorum for the transaction of business is four (4) members.(b) The clerk of the St. Joseph circuit court shall make arrangements for a meeting place in St. Joseph County as the commission may request.(c) The commission on judicial qualifications may act only at a meeting.
