§ 33-34-2-4

(b) If the circuit court judge does not establish a regular hourly schedule, the judge shall perform the judge's duties at regular, reasonable hours.(c) Regardless of whether a regular hourly schedule has been established as set forth in subsection (a), a judge shall hold sessions in addition to the judge's regular schedule whenever the business of the judge's court requires.[Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-11.6-3-5.]As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.13.
