§ 33-34-7-4

(b) The judge of a small claims court is responsible for:(1) preparing and submitting the court's budget to the township advisory board; and(2) after the budget has been approved by the township advisory board, managing the budget of the small claims court.As added by P.L.170-2015, SEC.14.
