(b) The clerk shall collect the marijuana eradication program fee set by the court under IC 15-16-7-8, if:(1) a weed control board has been established in the county under IC 15-16-7-3; and(2) the person has been convicted of an offense under IC 35-48-4 in a case prosecuted in that county.(c) The court may set a fee under this section of not more than three hundred dollars ($300).[Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-19-6-6.]As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.16.
