However, it does not apply to a case excluded under IC 33-37-4-2(d).(b) Subject to IC 12-23-14-16(d), the clerk shall collect the alcohol and drug services program fee set by the court under IC 12-23-14-16 in a county that has established an alcohol and drug services program.(c) In each action in which a defendant is found to have:(1) committed a crime;(2) violated a statute defining an infraction; or(3) violated an ordinance of a municipal corporation;the clerk shall collect a law enforcement continuing education program fee of four dollars ($4).[Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-19-6-7.]As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.16.
