§ 33-38-13-25

The hearing must be in the county in which the justice or judge resides. The order must set the time and place of the hearing and shall indicate the matters on which evidence will be taken. The commission shall send a copy of the order to the judge and the counsel not less than ten (10) days before the hearing.
