Meetings of the commission shall be called in the same manner as prescribed for the judicial nominating commission. Four (4) members of the commission constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.(b) Meetings of the commission shall be held in Indiana as the chairman of the commission arranges.(c) The commission may act only at a meeting.
