The appointment described in section 1 of this chapter shall be recorded in the order book of the circuit court, and the record authorizes the clerk to certify that the judge is the:(1) appointed;(2) qualified; and(3) acting;judge of the city or municipal court for which the judge was appointed.[Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-13-7-1.]As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.17.
