The salary for the chief clerk:(1) shall be fixed by the judge of the court;(2) may not be more than four thousand eight hundred dollars ($4,800) per year; and(3) shall be paid in monthly installments from the county treasury of the county in which the court is located.[Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-13-6-1.]As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.17.
