L.28-2005 apply:(1) to participants in the judges' 1985 retirement, disability, and death benefit system regardless of whether the participants:(A) retired before July 1, 2005; or(B) retire after June 30, 2005; and(2) only to benefits first payable after June 30, 2005.As added by P.L.220-2011, SEC.541.
