§ 33-38-7-0-2

1 (before its repeal).(b) As used in this section, 'repealed statutes' refers to the following:(1) IC 33-13-8-1.(2) IC 33-13-8-4.(3) IC 33-13-8-10.(4) IC 33-13-8-10.1.(5) IC 33-13-8-11.(6) IC 33-13-8-12.(7) IC 33-13-8-13.(8) IC 33-13-8-14.1.(c) The prior law was intended to be a codification and restatement of applicable or corresponding provisions of the repealed statutes. If the prior law replaces a law in the same form or in a restated form, the substantive operation and effect of that repealed statute continue uninterrupted.(d) The prior law and the repeal of the repealed statutes do not affect:(1) rights or liabilities accrued;(2) penalties incurred;(3) crimes committed; or(4) proceedings begun;before September 1, 1985. Those rights, liabilities, penalties, crimes, and proceedings continue and shall be imposed and enforced as if the prior law had not been enacted and the repealed statutes had not been repealed.As added by P.L.220-2011, SEC.542.
