'Remote presentation' means an electronic transmission:(1) by a principal;(2) to a remote notary public; and(3) of an image:(A) of a credential; and(B) that is of sufficient quality to allow for use of the image in credential analysis to identify the principal.As added by P.L.59-2018, SEC.35.
