§ 34-11-2-13

An action to recognize a foreign country judgment must be commenced not later than the earlier of the following:(1) The time during which the foreign country judgment is effective in the foreign country.(2) Ten (10) years after the date the foreign country judgment became effective in the foreign country.As added by P.L.213-2011, SEC.1.
