As used in this chapter, 'covered entity' means:(1) a governmental entity (as defined by IC 34-6-2-49), including a political subdivision (as defined in IC 34-6-2-110); and(2) an approved postsecondary educational institution (as defined by IC 21-7-13-6).As added by P.L.166-2021, SEC.13.
