(b) Except as otherwise provided under federal law, a person who knowingly or intentionally offers, accepts, or records a consular identification as a valid form of identification for any purpose commits a Class C infraction. However, the person commits:(1) a Class B infraction for a second offense; and(2) a Class A infraction for a third or subsequent offense.As added by P.L.171-2011, SEC.18.
