A military base, a person employed by a military base, or a person otherwise authorized by a military base to conduct operations on or use the military base is not liable for civil damages relating to interference with telecommunications that:(1) results from the normal operation or use of the military base; and(2) occurs within five (5) miles of the perimeter of the military base.As added by P.L.5-2005, SEC.6.
