Neither:(1) a person who:(A) has a fee interest in;(B) is a tenant, a lessee, or an occupant of; or(C) is in control of;a property located in a reservoir conservancy district; nor(2) the reservoir conservancy district;owes a greater duty to an individual using the reservoir for a recreational purpose than they would owe if the conservancy district had not been established.As added by P.L.148-2020, SEC.17.
