§ 34-31-9-3-7

'Electronic signature' means an electronic sound, symbol, or process:(1) attached to or logically associated with an electronic record; and(2) executed or adopted by a person;with the intent to sign the electronic record.As added by P.L.63-2022, SEC.3.
