§ 34-35-3-2

(b) Except as provided in subsection (c), any of the parties to the action, proceeding, or matter are entitled to:(1) a change of judge; or(2) a change of venue from the county;for the same reasons, and upon the same terms and conditions, upon which there may be a change of judge or a change of venue from the county in any civil action.(c) This section does not authorize:(1) a change of venue from the county of the administration of the estate of a decedent; or(2) a change of venue from the county upon the exceptions to the final report of an administrator or executor;and there shall be no change of venue from the county upon exceptions to the final report of an administrator or executor.[Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-2-10-1.]As added by P.L.1-1998, SEC.31.
