§ 34-39-1-1

In a case in which a certified copy of a decision of the Indiana supreme court is competent evidence in any court of the state, the decisions of the supreme court:(1) as published in official Indiana reports, as provided by Indiana laws; and(2) when properly identified by parol or other evidence;may be admitted into evidence in any court.[Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-3-13-1.]As added by P.L.1-1998, SEC.35.
