In a case where a complete record is dispensed with, the production of:(1) the papers and entries relating to the case; and(2) all transcripts of the case;certified and attested with the seal of the court as complete copies of all the papers and entries of the cause, shall have the same force in evidence as a transcript of a complete record of a case.[Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-1-33-2.]As added by P.L.1-1998, SEC.35.
