§ 34-54-12-7

If a party establishes that an appeal from a foreign country judgment is pending or will be taken, the court may stay any proceedings with regard to the foreign country judgment in accordance with the Indiana rules of trial procedure.As added by P.L.213-2011, SEC.2.
