§ 34-56-2-2

The circuit court, superior court, or probate court shall not dismiss a case on account of the defect or informality of the appeal bond if the appellant, when required by the court to which the appeal is taken, files in the court a sufficient bond, with surety to the acceptance of the court, in the sum required by the court.[Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-2-31-1 part.]As added by P.L.1-1998, SEC.52.
