'Place of participation', for purposes of IC 34-24-4, means each county in which:(1) a person participates in the illegal drug market; or(2) the person:(A) resides;(B) attends school; or(C) is employed;during the period of the person's participation in the illegal drug market.[Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-1-70-9.]As added by P.L.1-1998, SEC.1.
