'Roller skater', for purposes of IC 34-31-6, means a person, including an invitee, who wears roller skates while in a roller skating rink for the purpose of recreational or competitive roller skating, whether or not the person pays consideration for entrance to the roller skating rink.[Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-4-43-2.]As added by P.L.1-1998, SEC.1.
