'Foreign protection order', for purposes of IC 34-26-5-17, means a protection order issued by a tribunal of:(1) another state; or(2) an Indian tribe;regardless of whether the protection order was issued in an independent proceeding or as part of another criminal or civil proceeding.As added by P.L.280-2001, SEC.28.
