'Geolocation information service' means a person that offers or provides GPS service or other mapping, locational, or directional services to the public by means of an electronic device, including a cellular telephone, a wireless fidelity (wi-fi) equipped computer, or a GPS navigation or tracking unit.As added by P.L.170-2014, SEC.6.
