'Pharmacist', for purposes of IC 35-42-5-1, means an individual who is licensed, registered, or otherwise permitted by the laws of Indiana or the United States to:(1) dispense;(2) distribute; or(3) prescribe;a controlled substance as part of the individual's professional practice.As added by P.L.202-2017, SEC.23.
