'Terrorism' means the unlawful use of force or violence or the unlawful threat of force or violence to:(1) intimidate or coerce:(A) a government; or(B) all or part of the civilian population; or(2) affect the conduct of a government by use of a weapon of mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping.As added by P.L.114-2012, SEC.67.
