The term includes the following:(1) An unmanned aircraft and an unmanned aircraft system (both as defined in the Federal Aviation Administration Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 (P.L.112-95, 126 Stat. 11).(2) A small unmanned aircraft and a small unmanned aircraft system (both as defined in 14 CFR 107.3).As added by P.L.170-2014, SEC.12.
