§ 35-33-8-5-6

When any person is indicted for murder, the court in which the indictment is pending, upon motion, upon application by writ of habeas corpus, may admit the defendant to bail when it appears upon examination that the defendant is entitled to be let to bail.As added by P.L.5-1988, SEC.180.
