As a condition of probation for a person who is found to have:(1) committed an offense under IC 9-30-5; or(2) been adjudicated a delinquent for an act that would be an offense under IC 9-30-5, if committed by an adult;the court shall require the person to pay the alcohol and drug countermeasures fee under IC 33-37.As added by P.L.126-1989, SEC.28.
