'Postconviction release' means parole, work release, home detention, or any other permanent, conditional, or temporary discharge from confinement of a person who is confined in:(1) the custody of:(A) the department of correction; or(B) a sheriff;(2) a county jail;(3) a secure mental health facility; or(4) a secure juvenile facility or shelter care facility.As added by P.L.139-1999, SEC.1.
