Upon request of a victim, a criminal court shall notify the victim of a modification of the terms of probation or a forensic diversion program of a person convicted of a crime against the victim only if:(1) the modification will substantially affect the person's contact with or safety of the victim; or(2) the modification affects the person's restitution or confinement status.As added by P.L.139-1999, SEC.1.
