A person:(1) who knowingly or intentionally manufactures, purchases, sells, delivers, brings into Indiana, or possesses a contraband legend drug; and(2) whose act under subdivision (1) results in the death of an individual;commits legend drug deception resulting in death, a Level 2 felony.As added by P.L.212-2005, SEC.76.
