A person who interferes with or attempts to interfere with a drug or alcohol screening test by:(1) using a:(A) device; or(B) substance;(2) substituting a human bodily substance that is tested in a drug or alcohol screening test; or(3) adulterating a substance used in a drug or alcohol screening test;commits interfering with a drug or alcohol screening test, a Class B misdemeanor.As added by P.L.171-2005, SEC.3.
