As used in this chapter, 'dispatched firefighter' means a member of:(1) the fire company having jurisdiction over an emergency incident area; or(2) a fire company that has entered into a mutual aid agreement with the fire company having jurisdiction over an emergency incident area;who has been dispatched by the local fire department having jurisdiction over the particular emergency incident area.As added by P.L.126-2012, SEC.54.
