(b) An employee of a state agency who makes a false representation to obtain a Social Security number from the state agency is subject to criminal prosecution under IC 4-1-10-9.(c) An employee of a state agency who negligently discloses a Social Security number is subject to a civil action for an infraction under IC 4-1-10-10.As added by P.L.126-2012, SEC.55.
