L.7-2007 apply only to:(A) offenses; and(B) acts that would be a crime if committed by an adult;that are committed after June 30, 2007.(2) The amendments made to sections 8 and 12 of this chapter by P.L.171-2007 apply only to crimes committed after June 30, 2007.
