§ 35-47-5-5-11

5-4-4.5 commits a Class A misdemeanor. However, the offense is:(1) a Level 6 felony if the violation of the rule proximately causes bodily injury; and(2) a Level 5 felony if the violation of the rule proximately causes death.As added by P.L.35-2004, SEC.3. Amended by P.L.158-2013, SEC.617.
