A person who knowingly or intentionally hinders or obstructs:(1) a law enforcement officer;(2) a fire official;(3) an emergency management official;(4) an animal trained to detect destructive devices; or(5) a robot or mechanical device designed or used by a law enforcement officer, fire official, or emergency management official;of Indiana or of the United States in the detection, disarming, or destruction of a destructive device commits a Level 4 felony.As added by P.L.123-2002, SEC.50.
